1.I always draw "rough" on Patint Tool SAI.
(make mask, paint color here)

2.Control Color calibration on Photoshop Cs4~Cs5.5.

3. Add to Effects on After Effects Cs4.

Use AE Plugin "Optical Flares ...etc"
